In August 1999, the Manousos family opened "Nick's HomeTown Diner" on Route 130 South in Delran, with a die-hard repeat customer base. With the opportunity to serve families, came the need to serve the next generation of customers with both food and spirit. In the Fall of 2003 , Nick Manousos along with Jerry Spence and Steve Schipani launched the 45th Street Pub on the corners of 45th Street and Route 130 South in Pennsauken, to reach an added audience of pub-seekers and for a place they would like to share with friends and acquaintences. So is the philosophy of the 45th Street Pub.
